Working remotely research

Pets, children, television, and the refrigerator can all be distractions for people who work from home. People, noise, and commotion can be huge distractions for remote workers who travel often. Nevertheless, the trigger for us to write about this topic was inspired by something you may not expect. It was a coworker of ours who said, “I need to go home and work on this project so I don’t get distracted.” To us (David working in the office, and Todd working remotely) this inspired a big question: What’s the optimal work environment?
