        Studies have shown that remote workers are more productive than their in-office colleagues. Far from the common misconception of workers sitting at home in their pajamas and watching daytime TV, remote workers are actually able to achieve more in less time because they have fewer distractions.

         Red Earth Design is a growing company, and as we add new team members, it’s important for each member to feel like an integral part of the team, and that we all feel like a team, working towards the same goals. To help us out in this area, we’ve instated regular team calls. These may include a presentation by a team member on a completed project, something he or she has learned about, or a state of the business talk. They also always include time for some small talk, and each team member shares a highlight from the week’s work, which also helps other team members know who to contact if they run into specific issues on a project...
